Sermon: Divine Prosperity and Prosperity gospel

People get things muddled and mixed up.

Prosperity “Gospel” is not about whether God prospers hardwork and generosity. He sure does. And hardwork and generosity pays for all people – believers and unbelievers. Prosperity “Gospel” is jingle about a PARTICULAR MEANS OF PROSPERING.

Prosperity “Gospel” is the jingle that *”you can “buy” prosperity BY YOUR GIFT (tithe, offering, seed, etc) to the preacher who, as your Prophet/ess or your Man/Woman of God has the special powerful anointing from God to impart prosperity on you.”*

TRUE. Christ taught about reward of generousity and hospitality especially for the purpose of godliness … But it is a fundamental principles that works for the good andcthe bad.

Matthew 10: 40-42
40 He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.
42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

Luk 6:38
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your lap. For with the same measure that you measure it shall be measured to you again.

BUT ….
NOTICE that Jesus is careful to give no room for PROSPERITY “GOSPEL” unidirectional doctrine.
The GIVING that is rewarded is not unidirectional but to anybody and by anybody – to/by the poor, to/by the disciple, to/by the prophet, even to/by little ones.
PROSPERITY “GOSPEL” diverts it ALWAYS TO the “Prophet” alone, and NEVER BY the “Prophet”.

Rancorous noise and anxious polemics don’t allow us listen to the Scriptures and look at issues properly with clarity.

Controversies are used by the devil to derail and disorient from the Truth.

The Truth is….
If it’s Gospel, then it’s about Salvation from Sin into God’s Kingdom.
But if it’s Prosperity JINGLE *(which is about giving the preacher in order to “buy” prosperity),* then it’s not about Salvation into the Kingdom, and so it’s not Gospel – just a jingle!

Prosperity is open for both good and evil if they work hard and/or if they are generous.

You don’t need Salvation into the Kingdom for material prosperity.

Salvation only makes prosperity godly. Without Salvation there is prosperity, but it is ungodly.
